Debby was incredible! I have no doubt in my mind that we would not own the home that we do right now without her. She helped us during every step of the process.
When we where trying to choose our home, she went into crawl spaces to check for water damage and pointed out issues in homes that I didn’t notice. She worked with our crazy schedule to show us homes and got us into every house we wanted to see.
When we decided to make an offer she was so fast on it, that we had an answer from the sellers with in an hour and I was signing a contract right after.
Debby worked not only with me, but she worked with our lender to get them anything and everything that they requested and more. She made sure I knew everything that was going on, from home inspections, septic inspections, bug inspections, house appraisals. I didn’t have to schedule anything, she had it all handled.
Leading up to the closing she kept herself plugged in to everything. If I had a question about the process and what was going on all I had to do was ask Debby.
The most amazing part of it all, Debby has stayed with us beyond closing. She has helped us find services in our area, and made sure everything was going well with the house.
There is no doubt in my mind that Debby is the right choice for everyone. I will definitely call Debby the next time we buy a home.
